We were commissioned to produce a promotional video for Equa Mead Learning Trust, designed to highlight the shared values, community spirit, and educational excellence that connect its schools.

As part of this ambitious project, we visited 10 schools across the Trust, filming a wide variety of scenes and speaking with over 40 individuals—including headteachers, teaching and support staff, and students from all age groups. What made this project particularly unique was the creative approach to the script: instead of relying on a traditional voiceover or a single narrator, we invited each participant to contribute a single word or line. These individual contributions were then woven together to create a powerful, unified narrative—one voice built from many.

This collaborative storytelling method not only captured the diversity and inclusivity at the heart of Equa Mead Learning Trust, but also gave each school and individual a sense of ownership in the final product.

The resulting video is a vibrant and moving reflection of the Trust’s mission—to inspire, support, and empower every learner in their journey.
