We collaborated with The Grand Appeal, the official charity of Bristol Children’s Hospital, to create an animated video aimed at helping parents care for babies diagnosed with bronchiolitis. The charity approached us with the goal of delivering important medical guidance in a format that felt calm, supportive, and easy to understand—particularly during what can be a stressful time for families.
Working alongside their team and healthcare professionals, we developed a gentle, reassuring animation that explains the symptoms of bronchiolitis, how to care for a child at home, and when to seek further help. We carefully crafted the tone, visuals, and voiceover to ensure the content was accessible and empathetic, reflecting both the charity’s values and the needs of their audience. The final animation now serves as a trusted resource for parents, shared across hospital networks and digital platforms to provide clear, comforting advice when it’s needed most.
